Squires Quick Couplers

Squires Quick Couplers available from stock in both Male and Female option. Intended primarily for use with grabs on lorry loaders and similar applications, they provide quick and easy means of coupling or uncoupling a grab and rotator.

The male coupler is fitted to the rotator and female coupler fitted to the grab and hydraulic quick release connectors fitted into the bottom ports of the rotator.

Used in conjunction with quick release hydraulic connectors in the hydraulic feeds to the grab, the Coupler facilitates rapid change from one type of grab to another. In addition to the quickness of the change over the use of the rotator is retained for all applications.

Female couplers can be manufactured so that they are able to receive the hook supplied with the crane (to order) or can be supplied complete with hook.

Couplers are available with standard 4 bolt fixing or alternative flanges e.g to suit Indexator rotators and grapples.

(Coupler has total Safe Working Load of 5000kg i.e. this is the total of the load and the grab.)
